The Moment Nicki Minaj Was Left Embarrassed

The Moment Nicki Minaj Was Left Embarrassed After Her ”Vaeja Popped Out” At VMAs Awards

Popular rapper,Nicki Minaj looked drop dead gorgeous at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 27, with one tiny exception: her camel toe. The singer donned a form-fitting bubble gum pink two-piece latex outfit that gave fans a good look at her awkward wardrobe malfunction. .
Minaj was totally appalled when she saw the pics of how she looked, but soon relaxed when she realized the hilarity of the situation. “Nicki is embarrassed by her major camel toe at the VMAs,” an insider told HollywoodLife. .
“She had no idea it would be that obvious until she was under the lights and camera and by that time it was too late. Her phone was blowing up all night afterward with friends teasing her. After the embarrassment quickly wore off, she had a good laugh about the pink outfit which she vowed to never wear again,” the source added.

kechi okwuchi make it to AGT semi-final

@Kechi: I didn't dare to dream of quarter finals, now I'm gonna be in AMERICA GOT TANENT AGT. semis...when God moves, He moves BIG! Thank u all for believing in me

Getting four yes-es in one of the toughest singing competitions is no easy thing. But one contestant just did that and stole the show with her rendition of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Thinking Out Loud.’
Plan crash survivor Kechi Okwuchi reduced audiences to tears but it was her story that set the emotional tone.
The 27 year old was one of two survivors of the Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 plane crash that took place in Nigeria killing 107 people.

After having undergone over 100 surgeries, she remains unfazed and turns to music for inspiration something she loved since she was a child in Nigeria.
‘’Lying in the hospital bed with bandages from head to foot. Not being able to more or do anything else, music was my escape. And that’s why it means so much to me.” Okwuchi told the AGT judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel and Mel B.
After the terrible accident that happened when she was 16, Okwuchi graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in economics in 2015.
She remains one of the favorite contestants after her performance brought the audience to tears and received a standing ovation on Tuesday.

HEALTH CHECK:- Why Does My Body Ache?

Why Does My Body Ache?

Is this cause for concern?

Body aches are a common symptom of many conditions. The flu is one of the most well-known conditions that can cause body aches. Aches can also be caused by your everyday life, especially if you stand, walk, or exercise for long periods of time.
You may just need rest and some treatment at home to relieve your body aches. But some aches, especially ones that last a long time, may mean that you have an underlying condition. In these cases, you may need to see your doctor for a diagnosis. They can create a long-term treatment plan to can relieve your aches and other associated symptoms.
Keep reading to learn more about what may be causing your symptoms.

Stress

When you’re stressed out, your immune system can’t control its response to inflammation as well. As a result, your body can’t fight off infections or sickness as well as it usually can. This can cause your body to ache as it becomes more susceptible to inflammation and infection throughout your body.
Watch out for other symptoms of stress and anxiety , such as:
  • abnormally high heart rate
  • increased blood pressure
  • hot flashes or cold sweats
  • hyperventilating
  • abnormal physical shaking
  • headaches, such as tension headaches or migraines
If you think stress is causing your body aches, make small changes to your daily lifestyle to reduce your stress as much as possible. Try these steps:
  • Meditate for a few minutes per day. Focus on your breathing and take your mind off the people or events causing you stress.
  • Take a walk or leave a stressful environment to remove yourself from triggers.
  • Share your feelings of stress with someone you trust to help articulate the cause of your stress.
  • If you’re losing sleep over stress, try relaxation techniques before bed or take short naps throughout the day to refresh yourself.

Dehydration

Water is an essential ingredient for your body’s normal and healthy functioning. Without it, your body can’t properly perform many of its important processes, including breathing and digestion. When you become dehydrated and these processes don’t work well, you can feel physical pain as a result.
Other symptoms of dehydration include:
  • dark urine
  • dizziness or disorientation
  • exhaustion
  • extreme thirst
If you don’t drink enough water, especially on a hot or dry day, you can become dehydrated quickly. You should aim to drink about eight 8-ounce glasses of water every day, plus more if you’re physically active and sweating.
If you’re dehydrated because of a condition like diarrhea , drink plenty of water until the episode passes. Drinking water or beverages with extra electrolytes can help keep you hydrated and replace the electrolytes lost to diarrhea, too.
If you can’t keep water down, see your doctor right away or seek emergency medical help to make sure you don't become severely dehydrated.

Lack of sleep

Not getting enough sleep can impact your overall health. You need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night, including the rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. Your body’s tissues and cells need proper sleep to stay healthy, and your brain needs it to stay refreshed and alert. Without it, your body doesn’t have the time to rest and replenish essential energies and processes. This can lead to pain.
Other symptoms of sleep deprivation include:
  • confusion or disorientation
  • falling asleep during the day without realizing it
  • trouble understanding when reading or listening to others
  • trouble speaking properly
  • trouble remembering things
Try to establish a consistent sleep schedule every night. Your body needs to follow a daily rhythm, or circadian rhythm, to stay healthy.
Try techniques to relax before bed, such as:
  • drinking hot tea or other hot beverage
  • meditating
  • listening to music or a podcast
  • having white noise in the room, such as from a fan

Cold or flu

A cold and the flu are both viral infections that cause inflammation. These infections attack your body, and your immune system attempts to fight them off. Inflammation, especially in your throat, chest, and lungs, can be painful. The rest of your body might ache, too, as your body works hard to fight the infection.
Other common symptoms of a cold or flu include:
  • sore throat
  • hoarse voice
  • sneezing or coughing
  • thick, colored mucus
  • headaches or earaches
Getting rest, drinking plenty of water, and gargling with warm salt water to ease your throat pain can help your body get over a cold or the flu quickly. Over-the-counter medications, such as pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) and ibuprofen (Advil), can help relieve your symptoms and aches.
If you have cold or flu symptoms for more than a few weeks, or if you can’t eat, drink, or breathe properly, see your doctor. They can help treat your infection.

Anemia

Anemia happens when your body doesn’t have enough properly functioning red blood cells, so your body tissues can’t get enough oxygen. With anemia, many parts of your body can feel fatigued because they don’t get enough oxygen to remain healthy or to function properly.
Other symptoms of anemia include:
  • exhaustion
  • abnormal heart rate
  • dizziness or disorientation
  • head or chest pain
  • cold feet or hands
  • pale skin
Anemia has many causes. If you don’t have enough iron , folate , or vitamin B-12 in your system, taking a supplement for the deficiency may treat your anemia.
If supplements don’t help, see your doctor for an examination and possible diagnosis so that you can treat the underlying condition.

Vitamin D deficiency

Hypocalcemia , or a low blood calcium level, can happen when you don’t have enough vitamin D in your body. Many of your body’s important organs, such as your kidneys and muscles, rely on calcium to work properly. Your bones also need calcium to stay healthy. Without enough vitamin D to help you absorb calcium, you can feel aching in these organs and in your bones.
Other symptoms include:
  • body cramps
  • muscle twitching or spasms
  • dizziness or confusion
  • numbness
  • seizures

Mononucleosis

Mononucleosis is best known as mono, also called “the kissing disease.” It’s an infection caused by the Epstein-Barr virus. It’s very contagious, and one of the most common symptoms is body aches. Aches and fatigue may be caused in a generalized fashion or from inflammation and swelling blocking your airway.
Other symptoms include:
  • extreme exhaustion
  • swollen tonsils or lymph nodes
  • rash
  • sore throat
  • fever

Pneumonia

Pneumonia is a lung infection that can affect your whole respiratory system, which is responsible for your breathing, sweating, and other important functions. If you can’t breathe well, your body can’t get enough oxygen to keep your red blood cells and tissues healthy. This can cause aches and pain all over your body.
Other symptoms include:
  • coughing
  • pain in your chest
  • exhaustion
  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • diarrhea
  • shortness of breath
  • hot flashes and cold sweats
  • fever

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a condition where your entire body, including your muscles and bones, can feel exhausted, achy, and sensitive. The cause of fibromyalgia is uncertain, but stressful events such as physical trauma, surgery, and infections may trigger it.
Other symptoms include:
  • trouble sleeping
  • sensitivity to light or sound
  • stiffness, especially in the morning
  • trouble remembering or thinking
  • tingling sensations in your hands and feet

Chronic fatigue syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a condition that causes you to feel exhausted and weak, no matter how much rest or sleep you get. It often causes insomnia. Because your body doesn’t feel rested or replenished, CFS can also cause aches in the muscles and joints throughout your body.
Other symptoms include:
  • trouble sleeping
  • sore throat
  • headaches
  • trouble remembering or thinking
  • dizziness or confusion

Arthritis

Arthritis happens when your joints become inflamed. This can be caused by:
  • the cartilage around your joints breaking down, as in osteoarthritis
  • infection in a joint
  • autoimmune conditions that wear away the lining around your joints, such as rheumatoid arthritis or SLE
These can all cause aches in your joints and limit your movement.
Other symptoms of arthritis include:
  • stiffness in your joints
  • swelling, warmth, or redness around the joint
  • not being able to move a joint all the way

Lupus

Lupus happens when your immune system attacks the tissues around your body, including blood vessels, organs, and joints. Because of the damage and inflammation caused by this autoimmune condition, pain and aches in the body are common.
Other symptoms include:
  • exhaustion
  • rash
  • fever
  • swelling or redness around joints
  • seizures
  • sensitivity to sunlight

Lyme disease

Lyme disease is caused by the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi spreading to your body through a tick bite. Aches are a common symptom, especially in your muscles and joints. If Lyme disease goes untreated, it can cause neuromuscular and joint conditions, such as arthritis and facial paralysis.
Other symptoms include:
  • exhaustion
  • hot flashes and cold sweats
  • fever
  • headaches

Histoplasmosis

Histoplasmosis is a fungal infection caused by airborne spores from the soil or the droppings of bats or birds. These are common around construction projects, farmlands, or caves, where large amounts of spores are released into the air.
Body aches are a common symptom of histoplasmosis. Other symptoms include:
  • chills
  • fever
  • chest pain
  • headaches
  • coughing

Multiple sclerosis

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is thought to be an autoimmune condition. It’s a central nervous system condition in which the tissue around your nerve cells, called myelin, breaks down because of constant inflammation. The damage interrupts your nervous system’s ability to transmit sensations properly. As a result, you can feel aches, pain, tingling, or other abnormal sensations.
Other symptoms include:
  • weakness
  • exhaustion
  • blurry vision
  • temporary or permanent blindness, typically in only one eye
  • trouble walking or staying balanced
  • trouble remembering or thinking

See your doctor When to see your doctor

Seek emergency medication attention if you have any of the following symptoms:
  • trouble breathing
  • trouble eating or drinking
  • passing out
  • seizures
  • extreme fatigue or exhaustion
  • bad cough that won’t go away after a few days
If other, milder symptoms last for more than two weeks, see your doctor. They can examine you for a possible underlying condition. They can then give you a treatment plan to help reduce the aches and treat the cause.

France Government Faces Big Test In Labour Reform.

France Government Faces Big Test In Labour Reform.

President Emmanuel Macron's government has begun its drive to overhaul France's rigid labour laws, giving the details first to the unions and bosses' organisations and later to the public.
He has promised a "revolution" to free up the energy of the workforce, making it easier for bosses to hire and fire.
But since he came to power in May his popularity has waned.
Protests against the plan are expected next month, but one of the biggest unions says it will not take part.
Jean-Claude Mailly, the leader of Force Ouvrière (FO) praised the government's "real consultation" and "social dialogue" and wanted no role in demonstrations on 12 September.
Another leading union, the CFDT, is also seen as unlikely to join the protests, which are being spearheaded by the far-left CGT. Further demonstrations are promised by far-left leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon on 23 September.

What does Macron want to do?

France has an unemployment rate of 9.5%, double that of the other big European economies and Mr Macron has vowed to cut it to 7% by 2022. France's unwieldy labour code is some 3,000 pages long and is seen by many as a straitjacket for business.

Image caption Jean-Luc Mélenchon (2nd L) has vowed to challenge the Macron reforms
The package of about 60 measures, to be detailed in a 150-page document, has been drawn up by Labour Minister Muriel Pénicaud and was being presented to the unions and employers' organisations before a public announcement by Prime Minister Edouard Philippe at noon on Thursday (10:00 GMT).
Among the biggest reforms, businesses are expected to be offered more flexibility in negotiating wages and conditions. The main focus of talks with unions will be shifted from a national to a company level.
Companies with fewer than 50 employees would be able to negotiate with workers' representatives that are not affiliated with unions, reports say. Workers' councils in the largest companies will be streamlined.
One of the thorniest problems for the government is how to make it easier for companies to dismiss staff. There is to be a cap on damages that can be awarded to workers for unfair dismissal. However, after months of consultations, ministers have agreed to increase the cap from their original proposal.

Will he succeed?

He has a far greater chance than anyone before him. François Hollande's Socialist government watered down plans to reform the labour code in the face of street protests.
However, Mr Macron has already won parliamentary backing to push these reforms through by decree, and he has co-opted two of the three biggest unions.
There will be big street demonstrations but labour reform is top of the president's priorities. An opinion poll on Wednesday showed that nine out of 10 French people agreed that their country's labour code had to be reformed, although 60% were worried about the Macron plan.

North Korea's latest missile sends FTSE 100 and world markets CRASHING as gold prices soar.

North Korea's latest missile sends FTSE 100 and world markets CRASHING as gold prices soar.

STOCK markets have plunged after North Korea fired a missile over Japan, with the FTSE 100 crashing more than one per cent, amid rising fears of world nuclear war.

Panicked investors sold out of stocks and shares and rushed to put money into safe havens, such as gold, amid the latest provocative move by Kim Jong-un.

Britain's FTSE 100 sank to 7,314, while Germany's DAX and France's CAC 40 also fell by more than one per cent, after worries hit Asian markets and America's Dow Jones overnight.
Japan's prime minister Shinzo Abe said North Korea is now an "unprecedented" threat to his country.
The world is now waiting for Mr Trump to react to the latest move from the rogue state.
It comes after US and Japanese forces finished a joint drill in the region.
Tensions between North Korea and the US have jumped in recent weeks, with a war of words breaking out between Pyongyang and President Donald Trump.
But experts said the situation has now become more serious, prompting traders to run for cover.
Gold prices jumped above $1,300 for the first time in almost 10 months.

The South Korean military said the missile was fired eastward just before 06:00 local time (21:00 GMT) from near the North's capital, Pyongyang - which is rare.
Early analysis of the launch suggests the missile:
  • flew a distance of more than 2,700km (1,678 miles)
  • was likely to have been a Hwasong-12, a newly developed intermediate range weapon
  • reached a maximum altitude of about 550km (342 miles), lower than most previous North Korean tests
  • fell into the North Pacific Ocean 1,180km off the Japanese coast after breaking into three pieces

5 Ways to Raise A Brilliant Child - besttoddlertips.com

To raise a well behaved, responsible, and independent child, it takes a ton of effort depending on the personality your child has. But one major aspect in raising a child we must consider is perspectives. It’s imperative for parents to look at different point of views when raising a child

Avoid Giving In

1
Stop yourself from giving in to that little cute puppy y face your child makes when he or she begs. Every time you give in, your child will automatically believe that they can get anything they want by begging. On top of that the more your surrender to begging, the more spoiled your child will become.

Be In Charge

2
Never let your children manipulate you or tell you what to do. There should always be limits to their authorities.  If you privilege them of too much power, then you’re raising a spoiled brat. Since you’re the parent, you should be the one making calls and demands.

Be A Role Model

3
One most valuable method to raise a child is to be a good role model. Provide your kid(s) with a bunch of positive influence. Your child learns behaviour, values and knowledge from you. Show that you are a honest, respectful, loving and caring person.

Provide Knowledge about World Injustices

4
Teach your kids that there are many people in this world including children who don’t have food to eat, water to drink, shelter to live in, and clothes to wear. They lack the resources we have. By teaching your kids this kind of stuff, it helps make your kids more grateful of what he has.

Praise Efforts

5
If your child was responsible for doing something that was positive, for example washing the dishes, acknowledge it. We all love compliments and so do children. The more you compliment them the more encouraged they are willing to do it again next time.

ThrowBack - All About Samuel Okwaraji

ThrowBack  - All About Samuel Okwaraji

Samuel Sochukwuma Okwaraji was a prolific and professional Nigerian football player who played for both international clubs and his country. He was born in Orlu, a city in Imo State, to a duty officer, Mr. David Okwaraji and a headmistress, Lady Janet Okwaraji on the 19th of May, 1964. Samuel Okwaraji attended WTC Practicing School, Enugu for his primary education and Ezeachi Secondary School, Orlu, Imo State. Sam Okwaraji also attended Federal Government College in Orlu and finally completed his studies in law in the University of Rome, Italy, but did not take up the profession after schooling. While bagging his masters in international law in the University of Rome, Samuel Okwaraji played for NK Dinamo Zagreb, VfB Stuttgart and SSV Ulm 1846 where he performed exceptionally.
Samuel Okwaraji and Green Eagles
In 1988, Samuel Okwaraji made his way into the Green Eagles squad; at the African Nations Cup played that same year in Morocco, he did the unexpected by netting one of the fastest goals (60s) in the annals of the competition against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon. Sam Okwaraji also played at the ‘1988 Summer Olympics‘ that was held in Seoul, South Korea. He played alongside other professionals like Samson Siasia, Rashidi Yekeni, Bright Omokaro, Wole Odegbami, Christain Obi, Jude Agada, Henry Nwosu and so on.
On the 12th of August, 1989, at the unripe age of 25, Samuel Okwaraji unfortunately met his untimely death right on the football pitch before the eyes of 20,000 spectators. He slumped and died of heart failure in the 77th minute of a 2nd round World Cup qualifier match against Angola at the Surulere Stadium now Lagos National Stadium, Lagos State. This was a big and irreplaceable loss for Nigeria. He was given a befitting and heroic burial in his hometown, Umudioka Community in Imo State. On August 12, 2009, as a way of immortalizing this icon, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos State erected a concrete burst of Samuel Okwaraji in front of Lagos National Stadium, the same stadium where he died.
